Welcome to the Climate Action Young Leaders Summit. The following terms and conditions govern your attendance and participation the Climate Action Young Leaders Summitb to be held on 2-3 March 2024.
1. Acceptance of Terms By registering, attending, or participating in the event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person attending is aware of these terms and agrees to them.
2. Registration
- All attendees must register through the official website.
- Registration fees are subject to the pricing outlined on the event website.
- Payment must be received in full to confirm registration.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Tickets are non Cancellable and Non Transferrable.
- In exceptional circumstances the organisers may allow cancellations. It must be requested in writing to the event organizers.
- In case cancellation is agreed only 75% of the amount of the ticket will be refunded.
- No cancelations can be requested within 24 hours of start of the event. Cancellations must be requested before 24 hours.
- All requests will be taken into consideration by the organising committee and will either be approved or rejected within 7 business days.
- Post the approval the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
4. Event Program
- Enviro Aware reserves the right to change the event program at any time.
- Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.
5. Conduct
- Attendees must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Enviro Aware reserves the right to remove any attendee deemed to be behaving inappropriately.
6. Privacy
- Personal information provided during registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Attendee lists will be provided to sponsors; opt-out options will be available.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials displayed or provided at the event are the property of Enviro Aware or its partners and are for personal use only.
- Recording or distributing materials without prior permission is prohibited.
8. Liability
- Enviro Aware will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of event cancellation or alteration.
- The organizers are not responsible for personal injury or damage to property during the event.
9. Indemnification Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enviro Aware and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim arising out of their attendance at the event.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangalore, India, and attendees submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
