Siwangi Goyal is an advocate practicing at both Hon’ble Gauhati High Court and its subsequent courts. She is very passionate and hard working towards her profession. She has completed her Latin Legum Magister(LLM) in the year 2021 and currently pursuing her MA(English) from IGNOU. She loves reading books and visits spiritual places. She is also an International yoga trainer and has been practicing Heartfulness meditation since the age of 17 years. She was also a martial art player. She has written many legal papers and has attended many national and international legal seminars for the rights of the people.
Whether we speak of Environment or Climate, in 20th century we are polluting and degrading everything present around us. In a study it was found by NASA, Under a 2050 climate scenario developed, continuing growth of the greenhouse emission at today’s rate could lead to additional global warming of about 1.5 degrees Celsius by 2050. These was one aspect of environment change, but did anyone ever gave a thought on mental, emotional and physical pollution that each one is facing because of such pollutions. As an advocate Siwangi strongly supports that such aspects should also be added in our law system.
