A seasoned professional with 17+ years of experience in technology, operations, and finance across leading corporations, including serving as the COO of Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank India. My diverse background is complemented by a strong commitment to social leadership and climate action, as demonstrated by my completion of fellowships in these areas and certifications in climate and environmental risk.
In addition to my corporate career, I founded The Kind Business, a circular economy startup that specializes in assessing and optimizing closed-loop businesses.. Drawing from my personal experience as a woman in the climate sector, I was inspired to create my next venture, Nadhi -SheforClimate. This community is dedicated to supporting and empowering women (cis, trans, and non-binary) in the
climate sector to become influential leaders and decision – makers through network-support, skill-building, and mentorship.
