Sancheeta Kaushal is a leader and problem solver, known for her ability to build outstanding teams. During her 7.5-year tenure at Blinkit (formerly Grofers), she was instrumental in developing various supply chain and consumer products, witnessing the company’s growth and eventual acquisition. She established product engineering teams focused on solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, business, and user needs, directly impacting Grofers’ critical issues. Sancheeta’s most significant achievement was creating a product innovation team that embraced design and systems thinking, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and continuous iteration. Currently on sabbatical, she is seeking consulting opportunities to cultivate team cultures that foster business growth, impact, and empathy. In addition, Sancheeta dedicates her free time to coaching individuals on platforms like Plato and Airtribe and is passionate about climate issues, which she addresses in her blog, Kulh.
