Samira Seidu is a human rights activist who is passionate about community engagement, peace building, women, and
children empowerment. Passionate about humanitarian aid, Samira Seidu has undertaken various community give back projects to support and provide relief to street children and displaced refugees in Ghana.
Samira has experience in both the government and non-governmental organisations sector. In her previous role as an intern of the capacity development unit at the West Africa Civil Society Institute, Samira coordinated over 20 training
programmes and workshops in Ghana and across West Africa. Currently she works as a research fellow at the West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) whilst preparing for her master’s degree outside the country.
