Atlas Fellow, Women's World Banking
Nitisha Pandey is a gender justice advocate and a communications professional with 10 years of experience in project management, fundraising, and social media marketing in the nonprofit sector. A computer science engineer by education, Nitisha started her career in the corporate and moved to the impact space with the motivation to do meaningful work and the need for job satisfaction. She identifies as an evolving feminist and is actively working towards a future where all women and girls can fulfil their potential.
She is a Climate Reality Leader and currently an Atlas Fellow with Women’s World Banking in New York. Previously, Nitisha has worked in fundraising and program management roles with Nomi Network, CARE India and Indian School of Development Management. Nitisha is also a trained menstrual health educator and sustainability advocate and has facilitated trainings on sustainable menstruation and sexual and reproductive health with young people across India.
