Nikita have been bestowed with the “National leadership Award for contribution in Best Community Development” by CIMSME.
She is recognized amongst the “Top 100 Business Leaders” in Brand India Business Awards.
She has been also been conferred with the “Honor of the Ashoka Award” by Charles Walter Council for Innovation and Research for her research in the field of IPR on cooperation mechanism between India
and Chile.
She has been speaker/ panelist and keynote in numerable events on MSMEs and upcoming technologies.

Current profile:
Nikita works in the Ministry of MSME in World Bank Central Sector Scheme, Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme as a Programme Expert (MSME).
