Programme Associate, Council on Energy, Environment and Water
Nandini Harihar is a Programme Associate and works with the CEO in the Foresight Team, part of International Cooperation. Her research broadly covers global and climate governance, including climate risk, energy security, ocean governance, technology collaboration, and sustainable finance. Her broader interests lie in the confluence of domestic and foreign policy shaped by shifting geopolitics.
She is also a Next Generation India Fellow on Ocean, launched by the United Nations Foundation and the Council on Energy, Environment and Water, with the aim to re-imaging management coastal and marine ecosystems to reduce risks and vulnerabilities and build resilience and security for communities and ecosystems. She’s firm advocate for youth empowerment, with a profound belief in the power of youth voices to drive positive change on a global scale.
