Koushik Yanamandram leads Climate Asia’s Accelerator programmes. He has worked with a wide range of organisations like John Deere, Husk Power Systems, Godrej Good & Green and Dhwani Foundation. Co-founded two social businesses – SustainEarth and Sistema.bio India to support small farmers with clean energy and sustainable agricultural practices.
He has been an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Villgro in 2013, Acumen India fellow from 2016, an Organisational Design fellow with Wipro Foundation in 2022.
A Graduate in Agricultural Engineering, completed masters in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies, Delhi. His interests outside the work are in exploring slow living, farm based communities, ecovillages and practices of permaculture. He lives in Bengaluru.
