She began her career at Twilio, a category-creating API platform, where she built and scaled teams across sales, engineering support and customer success. She now leads the EMEA customer success team at Watershed, a Sequoia-backed startup building a platform to equip businesses to measure, manage, and reduce their carbon emissions. Christina’s mission is to work at the intersection of technical innovation and societal impact, carving a path for a more inclusive, diverse tech industry along the way.
