Christina Khater is a Lebanese American entrepreneur, event planner, philanthropist, and speaker, operating primarily in Lebanon and Kuwait. She is the founder and CEO of KristiesLab and the President of Unconditional, an organization dedicated to women’s empowerment. Her achievements include winning the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award for 2016-2017.

Christina’s professional experience is marked by a commitment to gender equality, particularly through her work with the Global Compact Network Lebanon (GCNL), where she has been a pioneer for Sustainable Development Goal 5. She founded KristiesLab in 2007 and has been leading the company as its Managing Director ever since. Additionally, since 2014, she has been at the helm of Unconditional Lebanon, championing women’s empowerment and advocacy.

Her educational background includes a Master’s degree from the London Film School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from the Lebanese American University. Fluent in multiple languages, Christina is a skilled communicator who has participated in various prestigious programs and events, including the Global Entrepreneurship Summit and the Vital Voices VV Grow Fellowship program. Her multifaceted career showcases her dedication to empowering women, entrepreneurial innovation, and social advocacy.
