Founder, Terra.do
Anshuman Bapna is the visionary behind Terra.do, a pioneering online hub dedicated to education and employment in the field of climate change. His entrepreneurial journey is marked by the establishment of four startups, two of which he successfully exited, beginning during his undergraduate years at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
Following his MBA at Stanford University, Bapna embarked on various ventures, including distributing solar-powered lights in Vietnam and founding a charitable organization aimed at assisting Indian politicians in improving their regions. His professional path also included significant roles at Deloitte and Google in New York. In 2009, Bapna returned to India to launch Mygola.com, a travel planning application that was later acquired by MakeMyTrip in 2015. He served as the Chief Product Officer there until 2019, when a profound period of self-reflection propelled him towards focusing on more meaningful work.
Currently residing on the Stanford campus, where his spouse is completing her PhD at the School of Sustainability, Bapna is a father of two and often draws inspiration and guidance on his climate-focused career from his children.
