Shahad Nejaim is the Group Director of Sustainability at Al-Dabbagh Group (ADG), where she leads the sustainability agenda to create stakeholder value across its strategic portfolio. Shahad brings seven years of consulting experience to the role. Prior to joining ADG, she spent four years at McKinsey & Company’s Riyadh office where she served private and public sector clients across EMEA. She is an acting non-executive director on four board of directors and has earned her master’s degree from Georgetown University.
Shahad Nejaim is an accomplished professional with a strong foundation in business sustainability, board leadership, and strategic consulting. With over four years at McKinsey & Company, Shahad developed expertise in knowledge consulting, gap analyses, and strategic roadmaps across EMEA industries.
Additionally, Shahad holds board positions at FPS Flexible Packaging Solutions, Petromin Corporation, Dukan Retailing Company, and serves on the ESG Board Committee of Tanmiah Food Company. Her educational credentials include a Masters of Professional Studies in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American University. Shahad’s multifaceted career showcases her dedication to sustainability, her strategic insight, and her capacity to drive significant organizational change.
